Lost 1 kilo a week a ago
But this week- nothing
Really dissapointed and today ate too much as well 165-285 over 1400 - which is what i need to eat to lose 0.5 a week while workout 4 times a week
Damn i stupied

Foods and drinks for weight loss
*egg whites
*tomato
*cucumber
*yogurt (sugar free, high protein and high probiotics)
*soups (no cream)
*green tea (no sugar added)
*chicken breast
*naturally flavored water
*whole grain bread (it’s important to check if the bread contains a lot of sugar because many times they add to bread more sugar and then it becomes addicting and bad for u)
*mandarin
*almonds
*avocado (personally I don’t like it but it’s really good for you)
*whole grain cereal
*carrot
*zucchini
*mustard
*tuna and fish in general
*beans
*apple
*soy milk (small amount although, like as a part of your smoothie or in your coffee)
*strawberries
*small amounts of low fat cheese
*low fat ham (eat in moderation)
*oatmeal
