Will try to go through 3 days of: eating a full breakfast -2 tosts with chesse and yogurt And than diet ice cream or one piece of bread (mid-day) And than the rest of my food will be any kind of vegtable- soup, salad etc Also a lot of tea water and coca zero I will try to exercise today bc all what i ate (rope jumping for arobic and then some squats and other stuff). As well i will repost a lot of thinspo for motivation. Ohh and also i need to buy scale for weighting myself
